ZoPay is in pre-launch development. Regulated services are not currently available. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide regulated payment services. These terms are pending review by Georgian legal counsel.

1. The website and sandbox

The website describes a platform under development. The sandbox is a demonstration environment that uses test data and test API keys only. Sandbox transactions do not involve real funds, real blockchain settlement to merchants, or any regulated service.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Do not use the sandbox to process, or simulate the processing of, real customer funds.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or company when requesting access.

We may suspend or withdraw sandbox access at any time.

3. Intellectual property

The ZoPay name, logo, website content and software are the property of Rowix LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

4. No advice, no warranty

Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. The website and sandbox are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Crypto assets are volatile.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowix LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or sandbox. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Georgian courts.
