This policy explains how Rowix LLC (operating the ZoPay platform) handles personal data on zopay.io and in the sandbox environment.

ZoPay is in pre-launch development. This policy covers the website and sandbox only and will be expanded before any live service launches. It is pending review by Georgian legal counsel.

1. Who we are

Rowix LLC is a company registered in Georgia. For any privacy matter, contact legal@zopay.io. General questions: support@zopay.io.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data — name, work email, company name and website, submitted when you request a sandbox demo or contact us.
  • Account data — email, name, hashed password and settings, if you create a sandbox account.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.
  • Preference data — your language choice, stored locally in your browser.

We do not collect payment card data. The sandbox uses test data only and does not involve real funds.

3. Why we process it

  • To respond to demo requests and provide sandbox access.
  • To operate, secure and debug the website and sandbox.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers that host the website and email, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Contact and account data are kept while your request or account is active and then for the period required by applicable Georgian law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Write to legal@zopay.io; we respond within the timeframes required by law.

We will update this policy as the platform develops and note the date of the latest version above.
